I’ve learned that the seasons that feel the slowest are often the ones where God is doing the deepest work.

There have been times in my life where it felt like nothing was happening. No progress. Just waiting. But looking back, those were the seasons where He was building something steady and lasting in me.

If that’s where you are right now, I want you to know there is more happening than you can see.

I’m so glad you’re here.

My story has been shaped by a lot of different things. Faith, family, athletics, creativity, and seasons that stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.

For a long time, those parts of my life felt separate. Now I see how God was using all of them.

He was teaching me how to listen.
He was teaching me discipline.
He was teaching me how to trust Him when I couldn’t see the outcome.

Today, I write, speak, and create spaces for women to process their own seasons with God.

Whether that’s through something I’ve written, a message I’m sharing, or even something as simple as flowers, my heart is the same.
